Asidua are assisting OpenWave with the development of the next generation of mobile data content and security management.

Asidua has deployed a team to work with Openwave on their Mobile Access Gateway (MAG) product. MAG bridges the gap between the mobile Internet standards dominant today and the next generation wireless Internet services that will be popular tomorrow. For today's subscribers, the Mobile Access Gateway also goes well beyond the standard WAP gateway with enhanced services that dramatically improve the user experience. This helps mobile operators maximize revenue in the short-term through increased minutes of use.

Asidua is extending the capability of MAG to allow higher value services like virus scanning and parental controls to be more easily added through use of standardised adapter interfaces.
