21st Century Operation Support Systems Architecture
Asidua has worked with BT, augmenting the telecom giant's internal IT resource pool to help put together vital parts of BT's next-generation OSS (NGOSS). Asidua's Business Services division was a key element of BT Retail's successful programme, which built a new distributed, service-oriented architecture (SOA). The new flexible architecture is fundamental to BT's ability to modify business processes quickly and to introduce support fulfilment, assurance and billing of new wave products and services based on the latest wire-line and mobile networks technologies.
Asidua's Corporate Services offering helped develop many of the solutions based on:
