Asidua signs agreement with Ultimus

Belfast, Northern Ireland [September 29, 2003]: Asidua Ltd. is proud to announce the signing of an agreement with Ultimus to become the first VAR (Value Added Reseller) on the island of Ireland for its Business Process Management / Workflow product.

Ultimus BPM (Business Process Management) suite is a complete, Web-based sixth generation solution for managing your business processes. Developed over 9 years, it provides powerful software tools necessary for managing business processes over their life cycle. Ultimus BPM Suite is sold in over 60 countries and is installed in over 1,250 customers worldwide, including Carnival Cruise Lines, Citizens Bank, McKessonHBOC, Microsoft, Rubbermaid, Sony, and Siemens. The Ultimus BPM Suite consists of a range of software modules that provide all the features necessary to automate business processes ranging from the mundane to the mission-critical. The newly released Ultimus BPM Suite V6.0 includes integrated support for Web Services and .NET Managed code. This functionality allows 'steps' in an Ultimus process to call external Web Services or.NET Managed code. Complete Ultimate processes may also be exposed as Web Services where they can be used as a step in the process of another application.

Users access Ultimus via a Web Client and see standard graphical user interfaces like drop down lists, edit boxes, check boxes, scroll bars and buttons. The user can receive e-mail notification when a task is waiting for them, and notifications can also be produced when tasks are overdue.

The Ultimus Web Server transforms the Ultimus BPM Suite into a powerful development and implementation platform for the Internet.The Ultimus BPM Server offers a highly scalable and flexible architecture to distribute the business processes to where they are required.

Ultimus BPM solutions provide a single view of the tasks for ease of monitoring. They ensure that the right people deal with the right tasks, with tasks never being lost or falling through the cracks.
