Location: Waterfront Hall, Belfast
Date: 24th April 2012
Time: 9:00am

Leading Belfast based IT integration specialists are proud to announce their sponsorship of the upcoming NICS Live 2012 conference, which takes place on Tuesday 24th April in Belfast's Waterfront Hall.

Free to attend for Civil Servants, NICS Live will be the major event for 2012, bringing together over 2,000 NI Civil Servants together under one roof to learn, share and promote innovation and discuss the future of government and service delivery by sharing best practice and solutions. It offers a unique opportunity to raise awareness of your organisation, network and generate new partnerships in an atmosphere of collaboration, innovation and change.

As event sponsors, Microsoft Gold Partner Asidua will be showcasing their Asidua Customer Contact Platform™ (CCP). By creating a physical implementation of the Microsoft Connected Government Framework (CGF), the Asidua Customer Contact Platform™ makes it easier for public sector organisations such as Local Authorities, Education Bodies and Police Forces to deliver better customer contact services, enabling them to streamline the way they use existing systems and data.

CCP achieves this through a software integration-led approach which allows the authority to build business applications using components such as CCP Portal – a fully authenticated self-service portal and CCP Desktop - a unified agent desktop. These business applications support greater consistency, quality and accountability in delivering true multi-channel customer contact and end-to-end service fulfilment.

With CCP, many Local Authorities (e.g. the London Borough of Harrow, Rossendale, South Gloucestershire, Milton Keynes & Chorley), Educational Bodies (e.g. C2K) and Police Forces (e.g. PSNI) are benefiting from:

Lower operating costs

Increased customer satisfaction

Front & back office systems integration

End-to-end process management

Compliance with legislation & best practise

Channel management, shift & loc cost channel take-up

Rich management information

To discover more, visit the Asidua stand (stand number 5) during the NICS Live conference.

Fancy yourself as the next Michael Schumacher??
Then why not pay a visit to the Asidua stand during today’s conference and test your driving skills behind the wheel of an F1 car! If you can complete a lap around the Silverstone F1 track you will receive an action photo – taken direct from the car’s cockpit – and also claim your place on the prestigious F1 leader board. And if that’s not enough, the driver who posts the fastest lap time on the day will win a pair of weekend passes (3 full days of racing) for this year’s British F1 Grand Prix at Silverstone!

As Murray Walker famously said: “There are seven winners of the Monaco Grand Prix on the starting line today and four of them are Michael Schumacher.” So if you feel you can match the great man’s record... then start your engine at the Asidua stand during the NICS Live conference!

Location: Radisson Blu, Glasgow
Date: 17th April 2012
Time: 9:30AM

Customer Contact PlatformTM (CCP) providers, Asidua, are proud to announce that they will be sponsoring the New Ways of Working Scotland 2012 - Joined Up Strategies conference which takes place at the Radisson Blu, Glasgow on Tuesday 17th April 2012.

For many of today's public servants work is not just what they do but it is the place in which they do it. However, greater flexibility of work styles combined with and supported by new technologies, new office designs, and changes to organisational culture have the potential to create an environment where work is carried out anytime and anywhere, to the benefit of the citizen, the organisation and the public sector worker.

Effectively implemented, new ways of working programmes have the potential to:

Reduce office accommodation requirements

Communicate with hard to reach groups

Increase efficiency of service provision/delivery

Increase the range of services delivered

Improve employee morale

Reduce road congestion and carbon emissions from commuting/travel

Aid recruitment and retention

As a main event sponsor, Asidua will be exhibiting their Customer Contact PlatformTM (CCP), which makes it easier for Local Authorities, Education Bodies and Police Forces to deliver better customer services by enabling them to streamline the way they use existing systems and data. CCP achieves this through a software integration-led approach which allows the authority to build business applications such as self-service portals and unified agent desktops to support greater consistency, quality and accountability in delivering true multi-channel customer contact and end-to-end services.

With CCP many Local Authorities (e.g. the London Borough of Harrow, Rossendale, South Gloucestershire, Milton Keynes & Chorley), Educational Bodies (e.g. C2K) and Police Forces (e.g. PSNI) are benefiting from:

Increased customer satisfaction

Front & back office systems integration

End-to-end process management

Compliance with legislation & best practise

Management channel shift & take-up

Rich management information

During the conference, Asidua will be running a workshop presentation “Why CRM is not enough, it’s really about end-to-end Integration” to allow delegates to discover how CCP can help make customer contact easier. During his seminar Andrew Nicholson will demonstrate how a best practice, Service–Oriented-Architecture based approach to integrated customer services and fulfillment delivers improved, extended services at a lower cost. Andrew will show Asidua’s Customer Contact Platform based on Microsoft Technology, takes a CRM agnostic approach, one that is integration and service-centric, rather than CRM-centric; describing how it is use in various Local Authorities, and within Police, Education and other organisations. This approach delivers consistent and optimized service levels across a variety of platforms, encouraging self-service and channel shift, getting things right first time and resolved on first contact wherever possible. It also provides online citizen account management and a single view of the citizen.

Vist the Asidua stand (stand 10) and join us at what is sure to be one of the main events of 2012.
