Learn, first hand, about the transformation of customer contact and customer services at Chorley Council during a case study event on Friday 9th September.

Chorley Council has a strong pedigree of innovation in customer services which is reflected in their Beacon Authority status, the award of Customer Service Excellence in the new standards set down by the Government and a NLPG Exemplar Award: Best Practice – Best Business Process Transformation.

In order to achieve their key aim of putting customers at the heart of decision-making and service delivery, Chorley required a supporting integrated technology solution. The solution needed to streamline customer service, improving services levels whilst making savings and contributing to CSR targets. Asidua’s Customer Contact PlatformTM (CCP) was selected following an extensive proof of concept exercise supported by the NWIEP (Team Lancashire). The resulting solution, now live in Chorley, is currently being rolled out to other councils in the North West and is available to any council.

This event, run jointly by Chorley Council, Team Lancashire, Microsoft and Asidua, will describe the Chorley experience, the CCP solution and the benefits achieved.
