Asidua and Microsoft Present…. Service Driven Contact Centres

Asidua, specialists in application and data integration, together with Microsoft and the London Borough of Harrow, are running a FREE morning seminar at the Etrop Grange, Manchester Airport on Friday 10th July to demonstrate “Service Driven Contact Centres” for local government.

The Manchester event follows on from the successful joint event Asidua ran with Microsoft and London Borough of Harrow in Reading on the 17th of March.
 
Confirmed speakers at the Manchester event include, Derek Clydesdale (Solution Director, Asidua), Stephen Beautement (Local Government Account Technology Specialist, Microsoft) & Carol Cutler (Director of Business Transformation and Customer Service, London Borough of Harrow).
