Asidua makes customer contact easier for local authorities

Following the launch of Customer Contact Platform^TM (CCP), Asidua have been making customer contact easier for local authorities in GB. Recently the integration specialists announced a further contract win with a large council in South East England.

The latest engagement, the company’s sixth local authority CCP contract, will see them implement their niche CCP offering to enable their client to introduce operational efficiencies while also improve customer contact for their citizens.

Commenting on their latest contract award, Bob McClean,Sales and Marketing Director at Asidua, said: “Today local authorities are striving for ways to introduce cost saving efficiencies. However at the same time they are also compelled by regulation to improve the quality of interaction with their citizens.  To help local authorities achieve both, Asidua introduced CCP (Customer Contact Platform).”  Bob continued: ” CCP enables local authorities to better utilise their existing data and IT services to make customer contact easier for customers to use and councils to manage, while also helping make considerable cost savings.”
