Asidua Directors take part in NSPCC ‘Big Bike Ride’ challenge

8th June 2010

On Sunday 6th Asidua Directors Steve Brankin and Gervais Henderson completed the Glens of Antrim Big Bike Ride to raise some much needed funds for the NSPCC Child’s Voice Appeal, which aims to ensure all cries for help from children and young people are answered.

The Cruise to Carnlough began at Larne leisure centre, where the Asidua team made the 30 mile journey through Carnfunnock Country Park to Ballygalley castle, from there they traveled to the village of Glenarm and finally to Carnlough, then they made the return jounrey back to the Larne Leisure centre.

Between them they have raised an impressive total of over £1,700. The bike ride is just the start of Asidua’s dedication to the NSPCC, their charity of the year, as there will be numerous events held throughout 2010. Thanks go to both Steve and Gervais for giving up their Sunday to raise funds for such a great cause.
