Business in the Community Hosts Employee Buy-in Event

The Business in the Community 2009 Opening Doors event on Employee Buy-in, highlights what Asidua are doing to promote better health at work and the numerous business benefits in terms of positive impact on the bottom line.

At the event, hosted by Business in the Community, Asidua will share its experiences on the practices they have in place and how they have sought and secured employee buy-in at all levels. As a result of these practices Asidua now have an impressive sick absence level of less than 1% of their 120 employees.
