Asidua, specialists in application and data integration, and Microsoft invite you to attend a morning seminar at the Microsoft Envisioning Centre, Dublin, on Thursday 11th of March, where industry experts and leading organisations from the public and private sector will demonstrate how organisations in Ireland can unlock the power within their businesses through transforming their business processes to improve service delivery.

During the morning seminar, attendees will hear about;

• Seamus Doyle, Head of Business Interfaces, BT Ireland
  BT Ireland is the second largest telecommunications and internet company on the island of Ireland. BT offers voice telephone, broadband and ICT services to customers, through both it’s own resources and a series of business relationships with other providers such as Eircom and Vodafone. 
  
  Seamus will demonstrate how BT Ireland has been able to transform their sales order processes through the total automation of key end-to-end business processes using Microsoft technologies.  Using this approach BT Ireland has delivered a complete “zero touch” order fulfilment service for customers in Ireland, in the process, improving productivity almost five-fold in some cases.

  Asidua specialises in helping customers to unlock the power of their organisation.  Asidua delivers solutions that allow customers to pro-actively monitor, analyse and manage the performance their business processes to increase productivity.   Barry will present an overview of the Microsoft application suite and what the technology platforms that underpin it are intended to offer. A demonstration of how Business Intelligence solutions leverage this will also be provided
