This conference aims at bring together leading thinkers to examine how innovation can be introduced into the public sector. Rather than simply driving change through new processes there is a need to look to new ways of delivering services to the citizen. Innovation in public services has now become a priority as government is faced with increasing expectations on service delivery against a backdrop of increasingly limited resources.
