Divisions
These operational divisions are distinct in terms of the markets they serve and the services they deliver:
- Business Services: provides Application & Data Integration (ADI) services to large enterprises and public sector organisations
- Device Services: provides Embedded Telecoms Integration (ETI) and operates predominantly in the telecommunications market
Scale
The company now employs over 120 people and has achieved recognition as an Employer of Choice. The majority of staff are based at Asidua’s 1580 square metre corporate headquarters in Belfast city centre; new offices have opened near Birmingham, and in Dublin city centre. From these office bases we co-ordinate and deliver projects to customers based in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, mainland Europe and the Far East.
Ethos
Despite each division having a different market orientation, they are united by a shared corporate ethos. That is, to form lasting partnerships with our customers by over-achieving in every project we commit to. It is our belief that the value Asidua delivers to its clients, by virtue of its superior expertise and dedication to quality, outweighs that of our competitors.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Asidua supports charitable causes through a number of schemes. These include Payroll Giving for which the company has a Gold Award, corporate sponsorship, participation in the team relay event in the Belfast Marathon and donations to various national charities. We are also proactive about re-cycling and have established a Bike Salary Sacrifice Scheme to encourage more people to leave their cars at home.
