CSR

In Asidua, we believe that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a crucial part of what we do.  We have an awareness of ethical operations and of the social, economic, environmental and human impacts that our business activity may cause.  CSR promotes our business relations between local communities, charities and employees.

Asidua also works in partnership with Business in the Community in order to ensure that our working practise maximise positive results across all areas, including the environment and our people.  Asidua’s commitment to actively encouraging a work-life balance for all employees has recently led to the company being awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in the Workplace Health and Wellbeing category at the Business in the Community (BitC) Awards 2008.

In addition, Asidua actively promotes Payroll Giving to our employees and since 2006 we have been consecutively awarded with the Gold Standard as recognition for more than 10% of our employees participating in the scheme.
